Coraly Schreiber, a former US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Fines, Penalties and Forfeitures Branch Chief, has rejoined Yormick Law as Counsel, having practiced with the firm in 2023. She has opened Yormick Law’s office in her hometown of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

At CBP, Coraly also served as an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of Trade, Regulations and Rulings, spending a decade advising on enforcement actions and FOIA-related matters. Coraly rejoins the firm after serving as Fines, Penalties and Forfeitures Administrator for the US Border Patrol, Southeast Region. In her prior private practice experience, Coraly was the Managing Attorney of a Miami-based customs and international trade law firm.

“Welcoming Coraly back is our great pleasure, but her addition is also a strategic part of our firm’s growth as CBP’s investigation and enforcement actions increase significantly under the Trump Administration,” said firm founder and Managing Member, Jon Yormick. “We see a tremendous opportunity to grow our firm’s reach to represent and assist companies in Puerto Rico on international business and trade matters, led by Coraly and supported by our experienced team of attorneys and international trade advisors.”

Coraly can be reached at O: +1.787.919.7666, M: +1.939.373.6840, and E: [email protected].
