licensing, international coordination on the moon, and the use of public-private partnerships for spaceports. \u00a0<\/p><p>Her experience includes in-depth client document reviews in connection with an HSI\/CBP investigation of a Canadian non-resident importer and BIS voluntary disclosure regarding unlicensed exports to Entity List and Unverified List parties, providing an ITAR and EAR jurisdiction and classification analysis of a combustion chamber for strategic design and bidding considerations, and advising businesses on information storage and management for export controlled technologies, local AI, as well as building internal export control compliance programs and preparing related compliance documents.\u00a0<\/p><p>Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Caylan has experienced
